March 19 - 21, 2011, Spring Equinox

In 2009 and 2010 the energies were created and strengthened in the first two conferences in Switzerland. The Sedona event will be a major conference in North America.

This 3-day conference in spectacular Sedona, Arizona will be an unforgettable experience in one of the world's most scenic and powerful places. The Gathering will be over the spring equinox, Saturday, March 19 - Monday, March 21, 2011. The emphasis will be on our part together, and with the Earth to co-create the shift of 2012. Native American wisdom keepers will lead ceremonies as part of the celebration.

Sedona, Arizona has recently been named the most beautiful town in the US. In addition to its breathtaking natural beauty the area is situated in a special magnetic field that creates highly energized vortices. The Gathering 2011 Sedona will encompass 3 days of activities around the Spring Equinox. Day 1, Saturday, March 19 will be in a conference setting with a Native American Opening Ceremony and internationally known speakers including Drunvalo Melchizedek and Sandra Ingerman. Day 2, Sunday, March 20 is the Equinox. We will travel to a couple of vortex sites for personal reflection and ceremonies if possible. We will end the day with sunset at the famed Airport Vortex. Day 3, Monday, March 21 is once again in a conference setting for more incredible speakers and a memorable Closing Ceremony.

Our special guest, Peter Sterling, will play his very unique and powerful music. In Peter's words, " As you know, sound plays such an important role in this grand awakening. The angels, my Galactic friends and I will cook up some special musical sounds to share. "

Times for the conference will be approximately 9am to 6pm each day.

We encourage you to come a few days early to get over jet-lag and enjoy the energy, beauty and special tours in the area, or to attend one of the pre-conference workshops on Friday, March 18. Please use the links on the left to help in planning your trip.

The venue is the Sedona Creative Life Center in the heart of the red rock beauty of the area. We will begin on Saturday with a Native opening ceremony followed by world class speakers. Sunday, the equinox, will be an experiential treat! The morning will begin with a Native ceremony at the Center, then we will board buses for the day to visit several of Sedona's famed energy vortices. The third day, Monday, will again be speakers at the Conference Center, ending with a Native closing ceremony.

The speakers we have invited include Drunvalo Melchizedek, Sandra Ingerman, Mallku - an Andean Shaman, Jonette Crowley, Cecilia Sifontes, Sarah McLean, plus other well-known speakers and authors speaking on the power of all of us together in these times.

Two New Attendance Options Available for The Gathering:

Due to the sell-out of seats in our main event in the Great Room, we will be broadcasting the conference into the nearby Sedona Room for additional overflow guests. In addition to watching the presentations on a big screen we will make sure that the speakers come in and introduce themselves to you either before or after their talk. You will fully participate in the Sunday afternoon field trip to the vortex sites around Sedona for meditation and special ceremonies.

The Gathering will also be available via live webcast.

Pricing for The Gathering on the web is $150.

The regular price for The Gathering was $445. The price for attendees in the Sedona overflow room is $295.
